We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and photographs are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Furniture dimensions should be checked carefully before placing an order.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Where we are unable to fulfil an order, we will arrange an appropriate refund for any payment already made for the unavailable product. We do not guarantee that every product shown on the website will remain available at all times.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) . The price displayed on the product page is the price applicable to the product at the time of purchase, subject to any clearly stated delivery or additional charges. Where delivery charges apply, these will be communicated before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required by law.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, including:
-
The product is unavailable
-
There is an obvious pricing or product information error
-
We are unable to deliver to the specified address
-
Payment has not been successfully authorised
-
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund of the relevant amount.
6. Payment
We accept payments via VISA and Mastercard credit/debit cards through our secure online checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. All online payments are processed through secure payment systems compliant with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your complete payment card details on our website.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available to addresses within mainland UK (excluding some remote areas, as indicated at checkout). Delivery availability, delivery charges, and estimated delivery times may depend on:
-
Your delivery postcode
-
The size and quantity of the furniture
-
Product availability
-
Delivery requirements
-
The delivery service selected
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you complete your order. Estimated delivery dates are provided as an indication and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. For more information, please see our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
8. Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture can safely enter the delivery property. Before placing an order, please check:
-
Door widths
-
Hallways
-
Staircases
-
Lifts
-
Corridors
-
Parking and access arrangements
-
Any other restrictions that may affect delivery
Where necessary, customers should inform us of any access restrictions before delivery. We cannot guarantee that furniture will fit through an access point that has not been properly checked. Additional charges may apply if delivery fails due to access issues.
9. Furniture Assembly
Where assembly is required, assembly arrangements will depend on the product and the service purchased. If assembly is not specifically included with your order, customers are responsible for assembly unless otherwise agreed. Please follow any assembly instructions supplied with the product. For complex items, we recommend professional assembly.
10. Returns and Cancellation
If you purchase goods online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period. For most online purchases of goods in the UK, consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
In addition to this statutory right, we offer a 14-day voluntary return period for eligible furniture purchases. To be eligible for a return, furniture must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned unless faulty.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return transportation costs. For faulty or damaged items, we cover the full cost.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information about cancelling an order, returning products, refunds, faulty products, and damaged products. Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy limits your statutory rights.
11. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected. UK consumer law provides protections where goods are faulty or not as described.
12. Product Images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images accurately represent the products offered. However, minor differences in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.

We will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated at the time the contract was formed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
