15. Miscellaneous Provisions
If one of the clauses of these Terms is deemed null or unenforceable by a competent authority, the other clauses remain in full force and effect.
The fact that Markalou does not enforce a breach of these Terms by the User does not constitute a waiver of its right to exercise its rights later.
